Ah, the no booze from 4:00 PM Sunday to 4:00 PM Friday gambit. Been known to reduce grown men to babbling idiots in days, and no single reported instance of successful completion in the species North Americus tallus biggus overweightus.
I don't know about that; I do it all the time -- except I do like a beer after wallyball on Tuesday, and one beer is never enough, well, really you haven't started drinking until the third one, um and Thursday I do like to kickstart the weekend with a couple cocktails while I watch CSI. Other than that -- well, hang on, what about when there's a good football or basketball game on Sunday evening? And there's those times when somehow you have a lot of beer leftover when the weekend ends (more than you want to drink on Tuesday after the wallyball). Don't you kind of have to polish it off on Monday? Of course, if someone comes over on Wednesday, that doesn't count. Other than that, I pretty much operate this way all the time.
This is my fitness blog, which I use to track my progress on the road to fitness, using running and indoor rowing as my primary vehicles. Yeah, it's a little dry. Check http://beerlocavore.blogspot.com/ for comments on beer and food and life its ownself, as seen through my scratched and battered lenses.
