Starting Over

I've continued to struggle with my leg injury. I have been able to run sporatically provided I keep the distance short. My fitness has waned (I have HR data to verify that). My immediate goal is to run 3 times per week and to use the rowing machine another 3 times per week. If I can build some consistency my fitness will improve and my weight will come down. So, we'll see. It's back to the Back Cove path tomorrow morning.

I just had one of those restless nights of sleep/non-sleep and a hundred or hundreds of things go through you mind. One of those things was the thought that I hadn't seen a post from you for a while. I guessed things must have gone backwards somewhat, but probably not as much as you imagine. Hope the leg comes good soon and that you can keep ahead of the game with the cross-training.
