And now my focus is running.
But I got through it. And, I don't ever have to do it again. I'm sore all over but have no specific injury. My back feels like it was run over by a bus. My backside feels like the fella's in the photo above must feel after a vigorous session with his sex toy, also pictured.

Pete, congratulations mate. Sounds like you are just relieved to have it out of the way, but it is certainly an achievement you can sit back (if sitting is possible) and be proud of. I think I can say with some confidence that it is something that I will never beat.
