I'm starting to string together some consistency. This week included two kettlebell workouts, two spinning sessions, and one row.
I need to go after it harder, and I'll do so. But the week was okay.
I'm not losing any weight and need a new tactic for that.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Nevertheless, protein first and foremost. Cut out the carbohydrates completely or as much as possible. Water, water, water. No food or snacks after 7:30 p.m. South Beach Diet would probably be your best bet,but after reading "beer locavore" you really don't stand much of a chance. Best of luck just the same! TW
Yes, I'm making the diet switch from being an endurance athlete (I ran marathons), and therefore needing carborhydrates for fuel, to being a 30 minute of sweat exercise a day person. I'm adjusting to the change.
