My low,low back still hurts

I ran for an hour this morning. Let's call it 11K. I'm still nursing a bit of an injury.

Second look at this (I'm jealous of the onsen/brewpub experience, if not what you went through to "earn" it) got me wondering if "low, low back" means the same thing as "lower fleshy part of the back" that we used to laugh at from The Three Musketeers? Soldier on Porthos!
