I finished the week at 50K total, as travel and family obligations made it a bit challenging to get the kilometers in. I managed 2 5K runs (28:30 and 27:51) on the cramped hotel treadmill. I had a mild breakthrough in a rowing workout--a sub 40 minute 10K, done at the fitness center at Sam's school.
65K is the target this week, then on ward and upward.
