I am finally recovering from my cold/flu symptoms and had a solid workout weekend: Saturday = 2 hour spinning; Sunday = 10K running/erging combo (7/3).
The plan this week:
MWF
Gym workout, erg (rowing machine) continuing to build sports specific fitness.
Tu/Th
Running outdoors (treadmill if wintry weather continues). A lap of the blvd with Bernie.
Saturday = 2 hour spin.
Sunday = longest run of the week.
Bonus workout = 1.5 hour spin on Wednesday night.
