Good workout. Tomorrow's plan is a 10K run. The rest of the week will be 5K/5K splits, so I'll be at 25K/25K going in to the weekend. I'll do the monster spin on Saturday and some treadmill run/race combo on Sunday. The bonus workout is the Wednesday night spin.
