What went well:
Not much, other than implementing the walking plan. In addition, the race was fun (see photo at right) and the weekend workouts went well. The storm mandated rest day was probably a good thing.

Weight! A slight week-over-week gain.

Running = 35K
Rowing = 15K
Spinning = 2.75 hours
