On a 10 Kilometer roll...

A run this morning. 10K in 50:53; HR Ave. = 115. The fitness is coming around!

The weight, on the other hand is a struggle. I can't believe how little I ate yesterday and yet still managed to gain .6 of a pound.

Hey, good job, Pete! That's a solid run. The weight, i believe, is also headed in the right direction. Of couse there are daily fluctuations, and that dip down to 228 yesterday was a sign of where things are headed.
