RHR = 39
I had an excellent rowing workout this morning:
10K in 39:52.6 with Ave. HR = 120
Splits progressively faster with HR rising steadily, at the end of the piece I flirted with my AT. I have kept my "nothing anaerobic until April" pleadge to myself (other than the stray hill climb while running) but I'm getting the urge to go fast. More accurately, to go at a pace that feels like fast to me.
