This was a good workout, I'm pleased with the progress I've been making. I still have a lot of work to do but I feel like I can get there. I am uninjured and I'd like for that to continue. My form did start to fall apart on the final work interval, I'd actually toyed with running another 800m--but I didn't. I also walked up the final hill on the return trip home, I think I'll continue with that strategy.
